1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Allure Class Hair Collection (“Allure Class Hair,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase Allure Class Hair.

3. Products and Services

We specialise in human hair extensions and related hair products. We strive to display product descriptions, textures, lengths, and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural hair characteristics.

 

4. Orders and Order Processing

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service. 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Allure Class Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Any fraudulent activity, false claims or unjust chargebacks will be pursued legally to recover funds and associated costs.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or additional charges imposed by your payment provider.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to the United Kingdom (UK).

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Allure Class Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We aim to deliver items within the United Kingdom within 8– 10 working days from the moment your order has been completed but we are unable to provide a specific delivery date. While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in the stated time frame, we are not liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. 

Delivery within the UK is £7.99. Orders of a value of £360 or more will be delivered free of charge.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave you a calling/delivery card to which you must respond.

Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.

 

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once hair products have been shipped or opened. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

8. Hair Care and Maintenance

Allure Class Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, chemical processing, excessive heat, or poor maintenance. Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your hair extensions.

9. Custom and Wholesale Orders

Custom orders and wholesale purchases are final and non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on order size and specifications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Allure Class Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Allure Class Hair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
