WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

Virgin Hair is 100% human hair. This means that all cuticles are intact, running in the same direction. The hair can be washed, coloured and bleached. It feels soft and natural even after multiple washes and can last 3+ years with proper care. It is easier to maintain than raw hair.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?

The amount of bundles needed depends on the length and style you wish to achieve. We recommend the following:

• 2 bundles are recommended for 10”-14”
• 3 bundles are recommended for 16”- 24”
• 4 bundles are recommended for 26” – 30”

HOW MUCH DOES EACH BUNDLE WEIGH?

Each Bundle weighs approximately 95g - 100g.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH THE HAIR?

• Wash and condition your hair regularly with luke warm water - once a week.
• Always detangle your hair extensions prior to washing.
• To detangle your hair, use a wide tooth comb or a paddle brush. 
• Leave conditioner on your hair for at least 15 minutes before rinsing out. 
• Always allow hair to air dry.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

With proper care the bundles will last for an average of 3+ years.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to deliver items within the United Kingdom within 8 – 10 working days from the moment your order has been completed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Due to the nature of this product and hygiene reasons, we will be unable to issue any refunds or exchange for any items purchased. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
